Description

  • Provide customer service and consulting to help enterprise clients overcome pain points and achieve financial transformation goals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, optimize accounts, and improve retention and expansion.
  • Serve as a deep product expert and communicate relevant releases and roadmap enhancements to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, Sales, Compliance ASM, Implementation, Support, Product/Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across an assigned book of business.
  • Lead virtual and in-person executive business reviews and client meetings to drive adoption, reduce churn, and support growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and partner with Product and Engineering to inform the product roadmap.
  • Work with Account Management and Account Executives to protect renewals, maintain gross retention, and expand pipeline.
  • Analyze complex client scenarios, identify root causes, and execute remediation plans.
  • Forecast and track account health metrics such as churn, net revenue retention, and product adoption.
  • Mentor new ASM team members through shadowing, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, accounting advisory, or a related customer success role.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with or for enterprise companies.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in close, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across competing demands.
  • Clear and confident communication skills with both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
  • High ownership and accountability for execution quality and customer experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Must be located in the Bay Area or San Diego.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
  • Prior customer success or account management experience with corporate and enterprise clients is preferred.
  • CPA or a related professional accounting certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience with FloQast or other close management tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $96,000 to $144,000.
  • Eligibility for up to an annual 20% bonus paid quarterly.
