Description

  • Manage a portfolio of UK restaurant customers and help them realize value from Flipdish products.
  • Work with the Activations and Sales teams to ensure new accounts are onboarded correctly and begin growing orders efficiently.
  • Identify and refer upsell opportunities for new Flipdish products, including the point-of-sale system.
  • Drive higher product adoption, solution integration, customer satisfaction, and account health to increase lifetime value.
  • Expand revenue in existing accounts through feature optimization, case management, and the introduction of new and partner products.
  • Assess at-risk customers and take action to protect retention and outcomes.
  • Build strong client relationships and partnerships across the customer base.
  • Present to clients and internal stakeholders over video as needed.

Requirements

  • English fluency is mandatory, and applicants should submit an English CV.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a large book of business, likely in a Customer Success or Sales role.
  • Proven track record of minimizing customer churn.
  • Ability to think long term and set direction for client accounts.
  • Results-focused, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to build pipelines and track current and future processes.
  • Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders over video.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of its challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly analytical mindset.
  • Motivated by increasing revenue and comfortable with the sales process.
  • Understanding of Flipdish products, including online ordering, kiosks, and restaurant point of sale systems.
  • Background in Sales.
