Description

  • Define and drive the roadmap across all three product lines.
  • Prioritize features based on market needs, business goals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Bring market and domain insight by tracking trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in mobility and public-sector ecosystems.
  • Validate product-market fit through real-world customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and scalable delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between engineering, business, and stakeholders across multiple product lines.
  • Engage with government entities, enterprise clients, and internal leadership on product direction and deployment realities.
  • Own business-level documentation, including PRDs, roadmaps, use cases, and proposals.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and provide structure when requirements or priorities are ambiguous.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership.
  • Strong experience in traffic monitoring, mobility tech, ITS, or smart city ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
  • Experience working with APIs and platform-based products.
  • Strong understanding of government or enterprise deployments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution effectively.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Experience with navigation systems, geospatial products, or Google Maps integrations (preferred).
  • Exposure to public sector projects or smart city initiatives (preferred).
