Description

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers while promoting an agile development culture and continuous learning.
  • Implement best practices for unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes to support high-quality software delivery.
  • Oversee planning, design, deployment, and maintenance across the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to help keep the team innovative.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and API design.
  • Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring a team of developers.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and serverless architectures (preferred).
  • Experience with performance monitoring and optimization techniques (preferred).
