Description

  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to define project objectives, scope, success measures, and delivery strategies.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and governance activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, technical teams, executive stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
  • Lead steering committee meetings, executive updates, and project governance forums.
  • Anticipate and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Drive organizational readiness, communications, and change management activities to support successful adoption.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and portfolio insights that enable informed decision-making.
  • Mentor project leaders and team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading increasingly complex technology projects and enterprise programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience leading technology initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, AI, digital workplace technologies, or scientific computing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with organizational change management principles and change enablement strategies (preferred).

  • Salary range of $128,000 - $176,000.
