Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and DataPro products and clinical methodologies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert supporting the sales team during the sales process.
  • Conduct discovery calls and manage relationships with high-value prospects.
  • Communicate Garner’s capabilities and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to design solutions for prospective clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies and use that knowledge to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results against tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to take on broad responsibilities and do whatever is necessary to support company success.
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment preferred.
  • Desire to help improve the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Desire to work on a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency, accountability, and authentic feedback.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Garner’s NYC headquarters.
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship or a sponsorship transfer.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $275,000 - $330,000.
