Description

  • Monitor and analyze economic, political, and business trends across Europe.
  • Produce ongoing macroeconomic analysis and forecasts for selected markets.
  • Research and write content on industry and consumer trends in key European markets.
  • Create concise, impactful research deliverables for a senior executive audience.
  • Present FrontierView’s outlook and research findings to senior executive clients.
  • Maintain, pressure test, and refine views on major issues affecting assigned markets.
  • Support continuous market coverage of FrontierView’s European portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the global research team and coordinate with the commercial team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Regional Studies, or International Relations.
  • Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of macroeconomics through prior experience or relevant coursework.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of European policy and economic issues.
  • Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights into comprehensive, succinct analysis.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and conduct statistical analyses is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Another European language is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once with strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to cover a variety of topics, including unfamiliar ones.
  • Robust interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Appreciation of economic impacts on businesses in the European context is a strong advantage.
