Description

  • Serve as the primary Workday reporting subject matter expert for the People Analytics team.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and report scheduling in Workday.
  • Enable cross-functional teams to access Workday data at the right level of detail through scalable solutions.
  • Manage the People Analytics service desk by triaging and fulfilling organization-wide data requests.
  • Identify and implement more efficient ways to handle requests through self-service, AI, and automation.
  • Consult with department leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct statistical analyses using multiple data sources to inform human capital insights such as retention metrics.
  • Maintain clear documentation for data sources, sensitive information, and analytics processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, dashboards, and complex calculated fields.
  • Experience configuring report scheduling and developing Workday Drive items.
  • Experience with self-service enablement and stakeholder testing.
  • Broad working knowledge of Workday business objects, with the ability and curiosity to learn new ones as needed.
  • Experience with Prism analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, HRIS management, or another quantitative field.
  • Proficiency connecting and analyzing data from related systems, primarily via SQL.
  • Experience in data collection, cleaning, and management.
  • Advanced proficiency building clear, auditable, easy-to-use spreadsheets in Google Sheets or similar tools.
  • Skill in writing automation code such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts including correlation, regression, t-test, and ANOVA, plus research methods and experimental design.
  • Experience building and presenting data visualizations.
