Description

  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting printer, email, website, and client data issues.
  • Escalate software bugs to engineering and track resolution progress in Jira.
  • Monitor production systems and help set up and maintain production servers.
  • Debug websites and email newsletters using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop SQL skills and perform backend data updates and investigations.
  • Assist with data pipeline contributions, including ingestion, validation, engineering, search, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Data, and other R&D teams on cross-functional solutions.
  • Contribute to responsive application features and polished user experiences.
  • Interpret client specifications, identify user requirements, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences and support teams.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of hands-on experience in scripting, software development, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Early coding experience and motivation to grow through software problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, or another object-oriented language.
  • Experience with or familiarity with Angular, Python, MSSQL, and Redis.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and Linux/Unix development; AWS, Bash, and nginx experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building and testing HTML email newsletters across multiple email clients.
  • Interest in generative AI and large language model technologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, learning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
