Description

  • Own the technical vision and architectural decisions for high-throughput, highly available microservices and multi-platform solutions.
  • Serve as the technical anchor across engineering squads by setting standards, resolving complex trade-offs, and mentoring senior engineers.
  • Author and present technical pitches, ADRs, and RFCs to secure alignment on strategic platform investments.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps that balance delivery velocity, technical debt, and system stability.
  • Architect and develop production services using C#, .NET, Go, TypeScript, gRPC, and related platform technologies.
  • Design and deploy PAM/IDAM architectures and SCIM integrations that enforce Zero Trust and least-privilege access.
  • Partner with data and infrastructure teams on database, data architecture, and long-term cost-efficient infrastructure strategy.
  • Participate in incident management, own timely incident resolution, and contribute post-incident reviews.
  • Champion CI/CD automation, automated testing, and performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
  • Drive governance and adoption of spec-driven AI development practices and AI-assisted coding tools.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive software development experience, including experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Lead Architect in enterprise product environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to make company-level architectural decisions, lead multi-team initiatives, and present complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, including the ABP Framework and ASP.NET Core, Go, gRPC, and TypeScript.
  • Strong database engineering experience with PostgreSQL and DocumentDB; experience with SQL Server is also relevant.
  • Hands-on expertise with Privileged Access Management, SCIM, and Zero Trust/least-privilege security principles.
  • Experience with PAM/IDAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in continuous delivery pipelines, PSR testing, and automated end-to-end testing frameworks such as Playwright.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Authorization to work and residence in the country specified for the role, with availability to participate in on-call shifts.
