Description

  • Record, track, and follow up on insurance and claim-handling activity.
  • Maintain accurate and complete claim records throughout the claim lifecycle.
  • Investigate reported collision events, including impound situations, skip tracing, and customer service inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Loss Mitigation, Insurance, and Ancillary teams on claim resolution.
  • Prepare and send requested claim documentation.
  • Collect required documentation from insurance providers.
  • Process and file total loss payments.
  • Manage claim-related documents and investigate issues as they arise.
  • Assist with lienholder claims as needed.
  • Handle additional assigned projects related to servicing operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in insurance or total loss claims.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Experience working remotely from home.
  • Ability to conduct research beyond the immediate scope of the task.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST.
  • Experience handling claims in a servicing or operations environment is preferred.
