Description

  • Review loan funding packages submitted by dealers to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Skip trace and locate customers, collateral, and other parties using approved internet databases and phone tools.
  • Verify personal and employment information for prospective clients by phone.
  • Screen application and funding information for possible fraudulent documentation and other risk flags.
  • Manage incoming emails from dealerships and other departments regarding loan files.
  • Communicate with dealerships by email and phone about the status of their funding packages.
  • Conduct final funding interviews with prospective clients.
  • Support other funding associates as needed and collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
  • Report potential risk concerns to the Funding Manager.

Requirements

  • Spanish and Portuguese fluency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking or auto lending.
  • Demonstrated historical career stability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm local time, preferably in the PST/MST time zone.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • 6-week training schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST.
