Description

  • Own the product strategy, charter, requirements, user flows, decision frameworks, and prioritized roadmap for the Agency OS domain.
  • Lead the agency-to-producer migration and develop platform capabilities that support larger, growing agencies.
  • Design roles and permissions models for agencies, producers, and the admin portal.
  • Establish the team’s operating rhythm and build trust with leadership and partner teams.
  • Develop automated, auditable compliance workflows covering onboarding, updates, expirations, and terminations.
  • Define contracts and migration paths for internal teams that depend on users, teams, compliance status, and sign-in capabilities.
  • Navigate legacy surfaces, backend systems, and admin portal constraints to create simple agent and agency experiences.
  • Coordinate cross-team roadmaps, dependencies, commitments, progress, and trade-offs.
  • Partner with customers, design, engineering, and business teams to define success metrics and improve outcomes using data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-first approach with experience understanding user pain points and translating them into simple products.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous, unowned problem spaces into clear roadmaps and shipped products.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Comfort using data to set priorities and measure impact.
  • Experience leading large migrations or re-architectures with cross-team dependencies.
  • Experience building products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
  • Based in Poland or Israel, fluent in English, and available for partial overlap with U.S. Pacific time.
  • Preferred: Platform or infrastructure experience in B2B SaaS, including organizational structures, admin consoles, permissions, or audit trails.
  • Preferred: Experience with 0-to-1 products, identity and access domains, or B2B marketplaces.
