Description

  • Own Galaxy’s end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across risk adjustment, quality management, payment integrity, and utilization management.
  • Develop an AI-first product vision, identify expansion opportunities, and build business cases for new use cases, payer segments, and regulatory areas.
  • Lead product managers and build high-performing cross-functional teams with engineering, data science, design, clinical, and regulatory partners.
  • Build and own Galaxy’s go-to-market strategy, including target segments, buyer personas, sales motion, and customer proof points.
  • Personally pitch, negotiate, and close strategic deals alongside sales teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to build pipeline and convert opportunities.
  • Own business metrics including pipeline, bookings, retention, product adoption, and market share.
  • Represent Galaxy with payer executives, industry conferences, analysts, KLAS, the press, and competitive evaluations.
  • Develop relationships with payer CXOs and functional leaders to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Communicate product strategy to customers, investors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a fast operating cadence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product, strategy, or general management.
  • Track record of launching products or businesses from an early stage through initial customers and market adoption.
  • Founder-operator or entrepreneurial experience, including P&L ownership and taking products from idea to market.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior executives.
  • Fluency in payer domains such as risk adjustment, quality and Stars performance, utilization management, or value-based care economics.
  • Experience owning business outcomes such as pipeline, bookings, market share, product quality, and adoption.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills across boardrooms, analyst briefings, and payer working sessions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and create clarity without a fully established playbook.
  • Preferred: experience selling to health plans, competing with payer vendors, scaling health-tech businesses, owning startup or business-unit P&L, or working with agentic AI and AI-native healthcare architectures.
