Description

  • Lead discovery through data analysis, agent conversations, and carrier feedback.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for carrier discovery and access.
  • Manage the Carrier Store and workflows supporting more than 150 carrier processes end to end.
  • Coordinate access requirements and go-to-market timing with carrier partners and the US-based business team.
  • Align product, engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, and support teams around shared problem definitions.
  • Define and track KPIs such as request-to-access time and conversion, prioritizing initiatives by impact.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and partners without formal authority.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Demonstrated ownership of products end to end, including discovery, data analysis, and direct user or partner conversations.
  • Outcome-driven approach rather than a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Strong ability to influence through structured reasoning and effective problem framing.
  • Comfort working without a rigid process; familiarity with Scrum and Kanban is useful.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping; deep technical expertise is not required.
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish.
  • Based in Poland and available for regular afternoon or evening meetings.
  • Scale-up experience is preferred.
  • B2B marketplace or insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools is preferred.
