Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers by aligning solutions to their business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, product demos, and customized proposals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to support successful integrations and strong customer experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally to set priorities and make strategic decisions for enterprise account development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks.
  • Continuously generate new revenue from organizations with complex needs.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting, territory development, and building a high-value pipeline.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals and managing robust contract cycles.
  • Mastery of solution-based selling, consultative selling, and complex sales methodologies.
  • Ability to lead multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving multiple personas and decision paths.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
  • Experience using sales tools and tech stack such as Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Remote candidates must be based in Mumbai, India.
