Description

  • Contribute to process improvements and implementation methodology that accelerates customer value delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership on API integration for automation and workflow management.
  • Own and justify proposed solution decisions and implementation approaches.
  • Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-benefit analyses.
  • Partner with users to define problems and align technical, application, or configuration solutions.
  • Develop, document, and manage requirements gathering and detailed design through change control.
  • Review system test plans and applications to support successful test cycles.
  • Work with end users to create test scenarios and validate implemented solutions.
  • Serve as a functional and technical resource for the project team and estimate level of effort and duration for projects.
  • Build and promote architecture best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of business analysis and consulting experience with enterprise software implementation and change management in large corporations.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies such as SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS (preferred).
  • Familiarity with C++, Java, Python, Perl, or another programming language (preferred).
  • Experience implementing solutions using API management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation (preferred).
  • Experience across the SDLC and Agile software development practices (preferred).
  • Experience with incident, service request, problem, change, discovery, and CMDB processes (preferred).
  • Experience designing application deployments on AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud setups (preferred).
  • Ability to write design specifications and use charts and diagrams to communicate ideas (preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers at all levels (preferred).
