Description

  • Manage customer-facing implementation projects from post-sale onboarding through adoption.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Solutions, Engineering, and internal experts to support multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Plan and design project timelines based on client needs and internal resource availability.
  • Resolve implementation issues with Engineering and communicate product updates to clients.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and onboarding progress to clients in a consistent manner.
  • Support business case development and provide solutions estimates with the customer team.
  • Manage customer relationships, project coordination, and internal stakeholder communication during onboarding.
  • Enter client data into the application and train clients on how to use the software.
  • Track project milestones and client interactions in Salesforce and Milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with department standards and SOC requirements, especially for confidential document management.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of client-facing experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working for a high-growth or SaaS company.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with confidential document handling and compliance requirements (SOC-related).
