Description

  • Identify and recruit new partners that fit the company’s Ideal Partner Profile.
  • Manage and qualify partner-sourced leads before passing them to a Channel Account Manager.
  • Join partner discovery calls to serve as a subject matter expert on the product.
  • Train partner sales teams on messaging, objection handling, and opportunity identification.
  • Help partners use Marketing Development Funds to support webinars and events that generate leads.
  • Generate SQLs and revenue with partners by calling into customer bases and partner accounts.
  • Attend partner webinars and trade shows to represent the brand and capture new leads.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline mix of marketing-provided and self-generated outbound leads.
  • Conduct cold outreach to set quality meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Research prospects, uncover pain points, and build rapport to progress opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in outbound development.
  • Previous cold-calling experience is required.
  • Proven track record of generating SQLs and driving revenue in B2B environments.
  • Ability to build rapport and uncover prospect needs to establish value.
  • Strong presentation, writing, and business development skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A results-driven, competitive mindset with resilience in the face of rejection.
  • A coachable, self-development-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment with a strong home office setup.
  • A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or FinTech environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners to expand market reach is preferred.
  • Interest in progressing into an Account Executive or Channel Partner Manager role is preferred.
