Description

  • Develop and deploy binary classification and regression models for financial-crime detection during transaction processing and client onboarding.
  • Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score (DRS), which scores the full client base daily across all markets.
  • Manage ML-driven transaction-detection rules and optimize their performance and alert volumes.
  • Monitor production model and rule performance and implement champion-challenger evaluation frameworks.
  • Build and improve infrastructure for ML operationalization, model serving, inference, and inter-service interactions.
  • Gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver ML models into production environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, including production model deployment.
  • Experience building and serving API-based ML services, such as with FastAPI.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, such as Databricks.
  • Ability to design and improve infrastructure for models of varying complexity.
  • Experience with production model monitoring and champion-challenger or A/B evaluation.
  • Quantitative degree in mathematics, engineering, economics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a startup environment.
  • Experience with graph modeling or foundation models/embeddings is preferred.
