Description

  • Develop, test, and deploy APEX code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design complex Salesforce solutions using custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Gather and refine technical and functional requirements with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems, APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Optimize and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and workflows for scalability and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Apply Salesforce standard objects, capabilities, and configurations where appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues while minimizing downtime.
  • Perform unit testing and ensure comprehensive test coverage across deployment environments.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in APEX programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and third-party application integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and data management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and maintainable coding practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
