Description

  • Coordinate service, repair, and breakdown cases independently and ensure fast, smooth handling with external claims management partners.
  • Monitor and optimize fleet availability, including compliance with legal and manufacturer-specific maintenance and inspection deadlines.
  • Analyze existing operational workflows and fleet management processes to identify improvement opportunities and support scaling recurring processes.
  • Document best practices and help standardize operational procedures across the fleet organization.
  • Handle complex customer cases directly and derive improvements to deliver an excellent customer journey.
  • Support team onboarding and coach colleagues on operational questions.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for service infrastructure.
  • Optimize and automate interfaces to support the continued growth of the fleet.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector, such as Kfz-Meister, service technician, or automotive sales professional, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of proven experience in service advising, service assistance, or a workshop environment with strong customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and solution-oriented in a high-volume environment.
  • Fluent German at C1/C2 level for communication with customers and partners.
  • Good English skills at B1 level or higher for internal collaboration.
  • First practical experience with modern ticketing and CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce (preferred).
  • First experience in providing functional guidance, coaching, or coordinating team members (preferred).
