Description

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large and enterprise software companies.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VP/director-level stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with executive and non-executive stakeholders involved in complex deals.
  • Partner with the Advisory Service team to drive the sales process and customer strategy.
  • Update cross-functional teams with prospect feedback and insights to refine the ideal customer profile.
  • Contribute to team projects that develop and improve sales processes and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Advisory Service, and Customer Success teams to support long-term customer success.
  • Contribute to broader revenue initiatives and product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative SaaS sales or business development, preferably with a technical product.
  • 1+ years of experience in fintech, ideally selling payments to ISVs or software platforms.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly ambiguous situations.
  • Strategic negotiation skills and a strong desire to close deals.
  • A proactive mindset with a bias toward action and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong curiosity about customer needs and how Finix can help.
  • Desire and ability to grow within Finix.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $100,000/year to $150,000/year.
  • Total on-target earnings of $200,000/year to $300,000/year.
  • Equity compensation.
