Description

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for macOS, Windows, applications, network, VPN, and SSO issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for employees across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Manage IT tickets and meet defined service-level agreements.
  • Configure and provision laptops and devices using MDM tools during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across business applications.
  • Coordinate timely access, equipment delivery, repairs, replacements, and asset logistics.
  • Administer core workplace applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, and 1Password.
  • Monitor system dashboards for compliance and performance issues.
  • Support security and compliance efforts, including endpoint baselines, SOC 2 evidence collection, access reviews, and reporting.
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, how-to guides, and asset issuance/return records.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of IT support or systems support experience.
  • Willingness to work US shift timings.
  • Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows laptops, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Rippling, Intune, Jamf, or Kandki.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • CompTIA Security+ and/or Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificates are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Jira administration, automation tools, or scripting is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment is preferred.
