Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support their success with Financeit.
  • Use product knowledge and a consultative sales approach to drive partner engagement and sales growth.
  • Coach and support partners on Financeit’s programs, tools, and best practices.
  • Train businesses on how to position financing and offer flexible monthly payments to customers.
  • Lead regular training and coaching sessions for small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Ensure new employees at partner locations are trained and confident using the Financeit platform.
  • Ensure all activity meets approval and risk standards.
  • Grow volume with existing partners while ramping up new partners to achieve consistent results.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.
  • Travel as needed to visit dealers, attend tradeshows, offsites, and other events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B direct sales and relationship management.
  • Experience in consumer financing, SaaS, or home improvement is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Must be located in Calgary, Alberta.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
