Description

  • Actively prospect and approach potential B2B clients through cold outreach and calling.
  • Own pipeline generation from zero and drive the full sales process through closing.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and sales meetings.
  • Prepare offers, contracts, and invoicing documentation.
  • Work with data and reporting in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Collaborate on the development of Hedepy for Business in Hungary.
  • Lead and coach two direct reports through weekly 1:1s and deal support.
  • Help team members close their own deals and improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level Hungarian proficiency.
  • Fluent English (B2+).
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products.
  • 1+ year of formal people management experience with at least one direct report on revenue targets.
  • Comfortable making cold calls consistently.
  • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar in daily sales workflow.
  • Available to work under a B2B freelance agreement.
  • Direct experience selling to HR, People Ops, or Employee Wellbeing buyers is a plus.
  • Experience selling in healthcare, mental health, or other sensitive/regulatory categories is a plus.
  • Experience building a market from scratch is a plus.
  • Based in Budapest is preferred.
