Description

  • Write clear user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven feature enhancements.
  • Help execute requirements for LOIS-powered capabilities such as automated deposition summaries, goal tracking, real-time AI analysis, and context-driven workflows.
  • Partner with engineering and UX designers to turn customer needs into intuitive software solutions.
  • Slice user stories into incremental deliverables, support sprint backlog organization, and help identify bottlenecks using Agile practices.
  • Participate in customer calls, review feedback, and analyze product usage metrics to identify pain points and inform decisions.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing alongside QA and engineers to ensure feature quality before release.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success on release notes, feature documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert for assigned features and keep internal teams updated on releases and functional changes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software product management, associate product management, or a related SaaS role such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Implementation Specialist.
  • B.S. or M.S. in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in legal tech, generative AI, or complex workflow automation; prior experience in Legal Tech, Depositions, or AI products is a plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles and backlog management tools such as Jira.
  • Comfort working with user feedback and basic quantitative data to prioritize work and solve complex logic problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical documentation.
  • Ability to travel periodically to Salt Lake City HQ, customer visits, or legal tech conferences.
