Description

  • Own the user journey from sign-up through verification, approval, first-run experience, and first shift.
  • Build tools for recurring bookings, multi-shift blocks, hospital relationships, calendars, and earnings.
  • Develop productized promotions and incentives, including targeting, automation, and spending guardrails.
  • Partner with growth marketing on conversion targets and joint experiments.
  • Improve instrumentation, cohort definitions, attribution, and holdout testing with analytics partners.
  • Co-own business-unit strategy with the GM and evaluate the performance of committed initiatives.
  • Coordinate with product managers across business units to maintain a cohesive marketplace experience.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on supply, demand, or core marketplace teams; equivalent commerce or consumer-platform experience considered.
  • Experience owning multiple funnel areas, such as search, recommendations, acquisition, onboarding, activation, or retention.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, including take rate, pricing, contribution margin, and payback.
  • Track record of delivering measurable user and business impact across teams or initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strategic storytelling.
  • Systems-thinking ability spanning experimentation, scalable systems, and product execution.
  • Ability to use AI to accelerate individual and team productivity while owning the output.
  • Influential leadership skills and the ability to align teams without formal authority.
  • Strong user-centered product judgment, UX advocacy, and prototyping experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth marketplace, commerce, or consumer-platform environments preferred.
