Description

  • Own the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for the web application.
  • Build deep understanding of clinicians, sleep technicians, site coordinators, investigators, and sponsor teams to guide product priorities.
  • Manage shared and specialized functionality across diagnostic and clinical trial workflows.
  • Coordinate dependencies across devices, data pipelines, machine-learning models, and related software products.
  • Create quarterly roadmaps, product requirements, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and machine-learning teams on technical specifications and model-output presentation.
  • Conduct continuous discovery through user interviews and usability testing.
  • Deliver product changes through formal design controls in a regulated environment using tools such as Ketryx.
  • Balance clinical, regulatory, quality, commercial, and customer needs, including external product demonstrations.
  • Communicate project progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing web-based software products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with highly technical products such as data platforms, analytics products, or machine-learning-enabled applications.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
  • Healthcare, life sciences, or biotech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing regulated software under design controls, such as SaMD or clinical trial systems using IEC 62304, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing products for clinicians, clinical sites, or other expert users is preferred.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI-assisted drafting, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to learn clinical context quickly and demonstrate empathy for users, patients, and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • $160,000–$183,000 salary range, adjusted for experience, skills, and location.
  • Equity included in the total compensation package.
  • Paid time off and additional benefits.
  • Remote position with preference for candidates near Boston headquarters or another Beacon hub, such as New York City.
  • Opportunity to contribute to clinical diagnostics and therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders.
