Description

  • Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to identify data usage, use cases, and requirements.
  • Drive agreement on shared business terms, metrics, ownership, and documented definitions across teams and systems.
  • Lead organizational adoption by securing stakeholder and leadership alignment and establishing shared data ownership.
  • Run hypothesis-driven discovery and experimentation with clear validation outcomes.
  • Define scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery sequencing with the Solution Architect.
  • Challenge technical decisions, data models, and trade-offs from a business and user perspective.
  • Track decisions, risks, open questions, and stakeholder commitments with the Project Manager.
  • Transfer sustainable processes, documentation, and ownership practices to the client.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including work on data products such as analytics, data platforms, metrics, semantic layers, or internal data tools.
  • Experience aligning stakeholders across business areas on shared definitions, priorities, and ways of working.
  • Structured, evidence-based approach to discovery and prioritization.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success driving product adoption, not just delivery.
  • Experience defining, designing, and delivering AI or LLM-based products.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Technical depth to challenge data architects and engineers on definitions, modeling choices, and trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, data catalogs, or governance tooling.
