Description

  • Own the AI Platform that powers Figma Make and the Figma agent, including distributed developer systems, agent infrastructure, eval platforms, and context platforms.
  • Bridge design and code by defining how designs become production-ready code and how code changes flow back to the Figma canvas.
  • Drive the quality and performance of the MCP server and improve the platform developers rely on today.
  • Define evaluation systems and infrastructure that measure and continuously improve translation between design and code.
  • Expand customer adoption while building a deep understanding of enterprise workflows.
  • Deliver output that customers can trust at scale across Figma’s AI suite.
  • Make practical prioritization decisions across product and infrastructure areas to improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Collaborate across product and technical teams on systems that other teams build on top of.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, owning products from concept through launch.
  • Experience shipping measurable quality improvements to a product and explaining the metrics that moved.
  • Ability to read and reason about code and contribute in technical design discussions about AI systems, including agents, LLMs, and MCP.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team through delivery of a major initiative end to end, including presenting outcomes to executives.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and translate insights into shipped product.
  • Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products.
  • Ability to work full time from a US hub or remotely within the United States.
  • Preferred mindset for roles that sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure.
