Description

  • Partner with executive recruiting and hiring leaders to identify high-caliber candidates for Director, VP, and C-suite roles across Figma.
  • Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research across industries, competitors, and adjacent spaces.
  • Translate research into actionable sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
  • Act as a brand steward in candidate and business interactions, reflecting Figma’s values and attention to craft.
  • Identify and engage passive executive talent through personalized, insight-driven outreach.
  • Track and synthesize talent data to inform hiring decisions and calibrate search strategies.
  • Continuously refine search approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sourcing experience, with a strong focus on executive hiring.
  • Deep experience in talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to build structured insights from ambiguous or evolving information.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, especially for tailored outreach to senior candidates.
  • Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global searches or building international talent maps is a plus.
  • Curiosity and interest in applying AI or new technologies to recruiting and sourcing practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work full time from a US hub or remotely within the United States.
