Description

  • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs across corporate and G&A functions, including Product, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Source passive candidates for corporate roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, and professional communities.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls to assess candidate fit for role scope and culture.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive university relations and internship program strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end intern recruiting process, including posting roles, campus outreach, and application management.
  • Coordinate interview loops, evaluation syncs, and final selection decisions for intern cohorts.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, compliant data in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting insights to hiring managers and the People team.
  • Track university program milestones and support program execution with strong project management and logistics coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience focused on G&A/corporate roles and/or university recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, launching, or scaling university recruiting initiatives and intern programs.
  • Proven track record of building university programs, managing intern hiring cycles, and partnering with higher education institutions.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and running end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand corporate business needs and recruit across diverse functional areas.
  • Hands-on capability with creative sourcing techniques beyond standard job postings.
  • High proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for managing timelines, event logistics, and candidate cohorts independently.
