Description

  • Drive and close new business opportunities for Fidus products and services.
  • Generate revenue through prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling within assigned accounts or territory.
  • Leverage existing partner relationships to secure introductions to new contacts and prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives.
  • Translate client needs into opportunities to win new business.
  • Position Fidus as an early-stage design consultant in customers' product conception and delivery.
  • Work with customers on selling Fidus services and solutions across complex design engagements.
  • Support business development activities across a territory with significant travel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductors, electronic design services, embedded software, or a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent completion required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is considered an asset.
  • Prior experience selling services in both turnkey design and outsourced staffing is preferred.
  • Experience with high-speed, high-complexity designs is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical competency in electronic design services or similar industries.
  • Preferred location in the Pacific Northwest area.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and customer service.
