Description

  • Partner with candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to manage candidates through each stage of hiring.
  • Own interview scheduling activities and communicate logistics clearly and proactively to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment administration, including requisition routing, reporting, and maintenance of recruitment documentation.
  • Create, publish, and manage job postings across internal and external career platforms.
  • Monitor candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Conduct preliminary resume reviews and provide recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers when needed.
  • Maintain applicant records and ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate hiring activities for assigned roles to help drive an efficient and organized recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn business functions, recruiting processes, policies, systems, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and hiring workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
