Description

  • Act as the primary customer advocate and point of contact throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Quality, and Fulfillment teams to scope, plan, and execute customer programs.
  • Guide customers through New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), production readiness, and scaling.
  • Proactively manage risks, changes, timelines, resources, and deliverables to keep programs on track.
  • Apply engineering and manufacturing expertise to identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for programs, providing guidance to internal teams and customers.
  • Monitor program milestones and performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with customers and internal teams to maintain alignment on requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in product engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, and production environments.
  • Experience with more than one manufacturing process, such as CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, or assembly.
  • Customer-facing experience leading technical, operational, and consulting engagements.
  • Strong program management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage risk, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience collaborating across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset, able to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated focus on process optimization, continuous improvement, service excellence, and customer success.
  • Proficiency in standard business tools and software systems used for program tracking, communication, and reporting.
