Description

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end UI, API, integration, BDD, and performance automation tests.
Use AI-assisted development and testing tools to speed up test creation and improve coverage.
Create, maintain, and execute BDD feature files using Gherkin.
Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
Perform code reviews and uphold automation standards and maintainable test architecture.
Troubleshoot automation issues and analyze performance bottlenecks.
Support engineering teams with technical guidance and reliable test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, testing processes, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in QA Automation.
Hands-on expertise in Playwright with TypeScript.
Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools.
Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and writing Gherkin feature files.
Strong experience in UI, API, and integration test automation.
Experience with performance testing tools such as k6 (preferred) or JMeter.
Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud test automation is an added advantage.
Experience working with AWS, ERP systems, relational databases, and SQL is preferred.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
