Description

  • Lead quality engineering for an AI-powered platform spanning voice, desktop, intelligence, and automation.
  • Own the quality strategy across a fast 1-week sprint and weekly deployment cadence.
  • Build and maintain automated regression suites that gate production releases.
  • Set and ship automation patterns while raising the capabilities of the QA team.
  • Own cross-service contract testing for production readiness.
  • Develop load, stress, and soak testing coverage for low-latency services.
  • Rapidly isolate failures, report root causes, and help development teams debug issues.
  • Establish quality signals that are available in minutes rather than days.
  • Help lead future QA hires and grow the quality engineering function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of QA/SDET experience.
  • Experience building a test automation foundation from scratch for a fast-shipping product.
  • Hands-on leadership in framework design and automation architecture.
  • Strong root-cause debugging and issue isolation skills.
  • Experience testing distributed, event-driven, low-latency systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD and trunk-based development practices.
  • Experience with contract/API testing between services.
  • Experience with load, stress, and soak testing of high-throughput systems.
  • Experience testing event-driven systems, WebSocket flows, and browser extensions.
  • Experience testing AI outputs and using AI tools daily, including AI-assisted test generation (strong plus).
