Description

  • Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, overseeing the SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams.
  • Partner with senior technical leaders to improve cloud infrastructure, reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the infrastructure roadmap and execution, including process maturity, delivery improvements, and operational risk reduction.
  • Represent the Infrastructure organization to executive leadership and customers as a trusted technical leader.
  • Review architecture, provide technical guidance, and contribute code when appropriate.
  • Help shape long-term technical strategy for the platform.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing engineering culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams on operational foundation and execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of engineering experience.
  • 5+ years leading high-performing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps engineering teams.
  • Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers.
  • Strong background building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments (preferred).
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with technical credibility.
  • Experience participating in architectural reviews and technical discussions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering across engineering, executive leadership, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience leading both Infrastructure and Security organizations (bonus).
  • Experience scaling engineering teams through rapid company growth (bonus).
  • Experience driving cloud cost optimization while improving reliability and performance (bonus).
  • Experience building operational excellence through incident management and reliability practices (bonus).

Benefits

  • $250,000 - $275,000 annual salary.
