Description

Engage directly with customers to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Act as a customer-facing SRE to keep Kubernetes clusters healthy and stable.
Serve as the last line of technical support before escalation to Engineering and Product.
Monitor GPU cluster health and communicate hardware issues with remediation steps.
Operate and maintain production infrastructure for enterprise GPU customers.
Investigate and resolve storage, networking, and workload-management issues in bare-metal and VM environments.
Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Product, Sales, and senior leaders to resolve customer concerns.
Identify support-case patterns and feed customer insights into the product roadmap.
Maintain detailed documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
Provide support coverage during holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
At least 1 year of support experience for an AI service or mission-critical SaaS API.
Experience as an SRE or DevOps engineer working with Kubernetes.
Strong technical background in AI, ML, GPU technologies, and HPC environments.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, high-performance network fabrics, NFS-based storage, container infrastructure, and scripting/programming languages.
Experience with HPC/Slurm cluster environments, including node draining, job scheduling, and maintenance workflows.
Familiarity with InfiniBand, RDMA, and network interface diagnostics.
Experience with distributed storage systems such as Weka or NFS and troubleshooting I/O and bandwidth issues.
Foundational understanding of installing, configuring, administering, troubleshooting, and securing compute clusters.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, frequent context switching, and dynamic priorities.
Willingness to work US daytime hours on a 4-day shift including Saturdays and Sundays, with a ramp period on Monday-to-Friday schedule.
