Description

  • Manage day-to-day Docebo LMS operations, including user management, learning plans, and access controls.
  • Handle support tickets, troubleshoot platform issues, and coordinate with Docebo support when needed.
  • Configure and optimize the LMS to support customer and partner education across self-paced, instructor-led, and certification programs.
  • Improve learner navigation, search, content access, and engagement through personalization and intelligent content surfacing.
  • Support integrations between Docebo and other business systems and identify opportunities to automate platform workflows.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track learner engagement and platform performance.
  • Support analytics integrations and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Docebo for escalations, feature requests, and product updates.
  • Maintain course catalogue organization, including metadata, taxonomy, and content tagging.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to platform configuration, learner experience, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be open to a fixed-term 6-month contract engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer education, L&D, learning operations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Docebo administration experience.
  • Experience managing an LMS for customer education and configuring multi-audience portals.
  • Experience administering both self-paced and instructor-led training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Docebo platform capabilities and configuration options.
  • Experience setting up learner engagement campaigns, including gamification.
  • Proficiency in building custom reports and connecting LMS data to BI or analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX customisation, including widgets and page layouts; CSS and HTML knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with flexible working hours to collaborate across global time zones.
  • Experience with Docebo Connect or other enterprise orchestration software, such as Workato, is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve learner and admin experiences is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Docebo Pro certification is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS platform enablement is preferred.
