Description

  • Design visually compelling, high-functioning interfaces for web and mobile products.
  • Build and maintain scalable, accessible, and expressive design systems.
  • Maintain visual consistency using Figma, component libraries, and shared design assets.
  • Create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs.
  • Collaborate with UX and conceptual designers on wireframes and navigation frameworks.
  • Translate client goals and research into clear design solutions.
  • Represent design in cross-functional meetings and balance strategic and experiential considerations.
  • Manage multiple projects and workflows while driving work forward independently.
  • Help shape how people interact with AI-powered products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing human-centered digital products.
  • Strong portfolio covering a range of web and mobile products and platforms.
  • Deep expertise in design system structure, scalability, and documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including shared libraries, plugins, and design system components.
  • Strong command of UI best practices, layout, and interaction design.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Ability to translate UX wireframes into production-ready UI.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous client direction into concrete recommendations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in the United States or Canada and available to work occasional PST hours.
