Description

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for CRM-driven monetization capabilities.
  • Define and drive product strategy for lifecycle monetization across Fandom’s logged-in audience ecosystem.
  • Identify new opportunities to monetize first-party audience signals across lifecycle channels.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Build scalable CRM-powered products for sponsored lifecycle campaigns, audience activation, and personalized engagement.
  • Drive integrations with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or similar systems.
  • Develop audience segmentation, signal enrichment, and campaign targeting capabilities.
  • Use experimentation, analytics, and data science to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
  • Launch new monetization capabilities that expand Fandom’s advertising platform and revenue opportunities.
  • Continuously improve lifecycle monetization products to maximize fan engagement and advertiser ROI.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in advertising, marketing technology, CRM platforms, or consumer engagement products.
  • Strong domain expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, CRM platforms, or ad-supported digital media businesses.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience building or scaling products involving audience segmentation, personalization, targeting, or marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using experimentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical products.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience working in ad-supported consumer platforms or digital media companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity systems, or audience data products is preferred.
  • Experience building advertising products leveraging first-party data is preferred.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and consent frameworks impacting audience data and marketing technologies is preferred.
