Description

  • Integrate with CRM platforms, third-party marketing services, and data APIs for segmentation, communication, and monetization.
  • Develop and implement full-stack features to improve the video player experience and video platform delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, and marketing/CRM teams to build and iterate on new functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code across the full stack.
  • Apply modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Improve service speed, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility across the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CRM systems, video playback, and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with a major front-end framework/library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with a back-end language such as PHP, Java, or Node.js and related frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of the CRM and/or digital monetization ecosystem, including user segmentation, data piping, and video ad standards such as VAST and VPAID.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM) is a plus.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and consent management platforms (CMPs) is a plus.
  • Personal or enterprise development experience using AI tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot is a plus.
