Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming products and operations.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders in Finance, Tax, and Data.
  • Design and build metric definitions, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Support performance analysis across Product, Acquisition, Marketing, and CRM.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and data scientists to solve business problems.
  • Gather, present, and communicate insights and metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Work with Product and Engineering on new initiatives and net-new solutions.
  • Stay current on data analytics trends and the sports betting and gaming industry.
  • Be open to occasional travel for conferences, meetings, events, and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and transform data into ad hoc and continuous insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Customer-focused, outcome-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to embrace new initiatives.
  • Interest or experience in sports/betting, gaming, or financial services is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience with DBT or equivalent data transformation tools is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience using AI tools for coding and analysis, such as Snowflake Intelligence, Claude, or Copilot, is a bonus.
  • Experience with SOX and internal controls is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range of £42,240 to £52,800 GBP.
