Description

  • Serve as a main point of contact for Wealth Management on investment and portfolio management matters.
  • Meet with advisors to consult on portfolio strategy, objectives, and implementation details.
  • Ensure accurate completion of investment implementations and audit them against target portfolio objectives.
  • Support newly acquired firms as they assimilate to the firm’s investment platform and models.
  • Develop investment deliverables, proposals, analytics, and supporting materials for prospective clients and wealth management teams.
  • Communicate the firm’s investment philosophy and available strategies clearly to advisor teams.
  • Provide proactive status updates on portfolio implementations and resolve portfolio inquiries.
  • Lead presentations on investment topics to Wealth Advisor teams.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Trading, and central teams on process improvements.
  • Train and support new Portfolio Consultants and new hires on core investment platform workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance.
  • CFP® and/or Series 65 required.
  • CFA or an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of financial industry-related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred, including advanced data analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours; up to 10% travel.

  • Base pay range of $76,500 to $90,000 USD.
