Description

  • Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple locations and service areas.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns.
  • Manage Local Services Ads to improve lead quality and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, audiences, ad copy, and campaign structure.
  • Monitor daily budget pacing and campaign performance.
  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages for conversion.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, forms, calls-to-action, and layouts.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and creative teams to improve campaign results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Search campaigns, and Local Services Ads.
  • Experience managing multi-location or franchise-style advertising accounts.
  • Experience working with Google Ads MCC structures.
  • Hands-on experience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce or Instapage.
  • Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to independently identify issues and implement improvements.
  • Experience in home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or restoration is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile (GBP) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics is preferred.
  • Experience with pay-per-lead platforms is preferred.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
