Description

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, from intake through offer.
  • Proactively source, map the market, and approach top talent like a headhunter.
  • Build and continuously nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and influence hiring decisions when needed.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, events, referrals, and candidate experience touchpoints.
  • Use AI tools and recruitment automations to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  • Represent the company externally with professionalism, confidence, and credibility.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in international recruitment and hiring for technical roles is highly valued.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition or executive search, including senior or hard-to-fill roles, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing roles independently.
  • Proven headhunting and market-mapping skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term talent communities.
  • Experience in employer branding and positioning a company as an employer of choice.
  • Knowledge of AI, recruitment technologies, and automations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Experience with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS; Workable and BambooHR are used at EXUS.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles is highly preferred.
