Description

  • Define and lead the data engineering strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing data engineering team.
  • Oversee the design and operation of scalable data pipelines and platform services.
  • Ensure data reliability, observability, governance, and performance standards are met.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver trusted data capabilities.
  • Drive the design and operation of modern data pipelines and data platforms.
  • Align data assets and platform priorities with business needs.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering and platform architecture.
  • Proven success in leading and developing engineering teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ClickHouse or similar tools.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow, SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT practices.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based data platforms and engineering best practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
