Description

  • Execute AMER-aligned regional partner marketing plans with 12 Regional PAMs and partner stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable demand generation, enablement, advocacy, campaign-in-a-box, and partner activation programs.
  • Support more than $1 million in annual MDF investment by linking funding requests to outcomes, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Coordinate partner enablement around Extreme Partner First, Platform ONE, product knowledge, promotions, and sales plays.
  • Plan and deliver two US Extreme Partner Sales Exchange or Technical Exchange events per quarter.
  • Maintain consistent partner advocacy pages, website content, co-branded materials, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with channel, distribution, field marketing, BDR, partner experience, operations, and demand generation teams.
  • Track MDF spend, campaign performance, engagement, pipeline, conversion, and lessons learned through regular reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in channel, field, regional, partner, demand generation, or B2B technology marketing.
  • Experience with networking, SaaS, infrastructure, VAR, MSP, SI, reseller, or distribution ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience supporting MDF, co-marketing, partner campaigns, regional events, demand generation, enablement, or partner activation.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner activities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience connecting marketing activity to pipeline, funnel creation, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing and internal guidance.
  • Project management discipline, attention to detail, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Sigma, PRM/MDF platforms, partner portals, Microsoft 365, or AI productivity tools preferred.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to build repeatable planning, execution, and measurement processes.
